Rebecca Barlow is a certified nurse midwife with over 30 years of experience in Maternal/Child Health. She has an MSN in Midwifery and her Bachelors in Human Services.
Upon obtaining her CNM, Rebecca founded a non-profit, maternal health organization, called Nich La (“Neesh Lah”, Haitian Kreyol for “the nest”) which includes a birth and women’s health practice in Port Au Prince, specifically tailored to provide personalized services for missionaries, expatriates, local Haitian women and sex trafficking victims. Rebecca also attends births and offers classes in the Sacramento, CA area. In 2017, Rebecca completed an advanced training by Evidence Based Birth® to become an Evidence Based Birth® Instructor and more recently became an Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class Instructor.
