Tara Dalles is certified as a Childbirth Consultant, Doula, Childbirth Educator, Lactation Educator and Community Health Worker through the Commonsense Childbirth School of Midwifery with a Masters in Health Service Administration from the University of Central Florida. Her career in healthcare began at Orlando Health where she was able to serve the Medical Staff for over 8 years. During that time, Tara became passionate about childbirth and maternal health. After achieving certification, Tara began practicing as a doula, childbirth educator and lactation educator for a local doula group in Orlando, FL. 3 years later, she continues to coaches families through pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period by using her organization skills and mentor mentality to help them thrive as a family. In addition to her work with birthing families, Tara seeks to nurture aspiring birth workers. Currently she does this by acting as the School Administrator for Commonsense Childbirth School of Midwifery and the Commonsense Childbirth Institute, where she is also a contributor for their Childbirth Consultant training programs. Tara recently became an Evidence Based Birth® Instructor and looks forward to teaching Evidence Based Birth® courses to both birthing families and birth professionals alike.
