She is a DONA Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Evidence Based Birth ® Instructor, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, DONA Approved Birth Doula Trainer, Certified Infant Massage Instructor and Lactation Educator. She received her BA in psychology from Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, NS.
